Temporary
This option offers great flexibility if you are seeking challenging and interesting positions that fit into your schedule or lifestyle.
Temporary to Hire
This option gives you the opportunity to experience the work environment and culture first-hand while demonstrating your abilities and skills to your future employer. The average length of the temporary period is four months.
Direct Hire
This option allows you to have our firm represent and introduce you to our exclusive client base. Many of these clients will not place ads in the newspapers or even utilize other staffing firms. We will assist you in the interviewing and hiring process to secure your permanent position. Upon offer and acceptance of the position, you will be a direct employee of our client.

Our Lebanon, NJ office focuses on clients in Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren counties.
SERVICE STANDARD
Just as we screen all new candidates, we screen all new clients. This screening process allows us to choose only the clients we would feel most comfortable, secure, and proud to work with. We visit each client's site to learn as much as we can about the environment and culture. After Regional Personnel's visit, all client information is recorded in our database allowing us to assist you in making informed decisions before your acceptance of the assignment. By preparing and educating you, this information will increase your chances of a successful interview!
