SERVICE OPTIONS


Regional Personnel recognizes that companies have individual needs. Our goal is to tailor solutions to those needs. We accomplish this through the following service options:


Direct Hire
This option provides you with a select group of candidates who know what they want and in which capacity they are interested in working. In many cases our firm can pursue that "perfect candidate" for you and your firm. This type of candidate offers the right blend of expertise, skills, and cultural fit to your company. A tightly focused individual, confident in his/her field, will typically select only the "Direct Hire" option. Many of these candidates are referred to us privately or only choose our firm in their search for the perfect career. Should you choose to interview the candidate(s), you may do so on your company's site or ours. We can provide you with a private conference room, should discretion be important. Once your company makes an offer for a particular candidate, we will extend the offer and terms. When all parties are in agreement, your company agrees to pay a placement fee based on the candidate's annual salary.


Temporary
This option offers flexibility and is an effective way to manage your largest expense--employees. Temporary placement provides coverage for projects, illness, maternity leave, disability, vacation or seasonal needs. How does the temporary service option work? Regional Personnel pays their field employees directly. We administer payroll and take responsibility for all associated costs, thereby improving your cash flow. Our invoices are due upon receipt.


Temporary to Direct
You can experience first hand the field employee's reliability, work performance, cultural blend, learning curve, and ability to be a team player. Should you choose to interview the candidate(s), you may do so on your company's site or ours. We can provide you with a private conference room, should discretion be important. Once your company makes an offer for a particular candidate, we will extend the offer and terms. When all parties are in agreement, our field employee will begin working on your site. How does the Temporary to Direct work? Regional Personnel pays their field employees directly. We administer payroll and take responsibility for all associated costs, thereby improving your cash flow. Our invoices are due upon receipt. After a four month period of time you may hire he/she permanently as your employee for no additional fee... no conversion fees!
