We have an opportunity for a junior partner who has an interest in becoming a partner in this Hunterdon County law firm. Our client's practice has a very professional, metropolitan feel and they do business beyond the borders of New Jersey. The culture is very family friendly. Hours are somewhat flexible with start/end time, but is structured in a typical 40 hour work week. They do not expect employees to work nights/weekend.
The attorney should have an established book of business (preferably from Somerset County, but not necessary) and preferably a background with employment, tax, family, intellectual properties, etc. (They are not seeking someone with just real estate background.) Inventory Control Coordinator (3833)
This position requires experience working with outside vendors, interfacing with multiple RSCs as well as product forecasting. This position requires strong analytical skills, strong problem solving skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. Requires work on one weekend each quarter to conduct physical inventories.
*Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels at the Regional Centers.
*Coordinates quarterly physical inventory counts at the RSC's.
*Responsible for issuance of purchase requisitions for parts, accessories, and equipment within the company wide computer based enterprise system (Navision).
*Responsible for the allocation and distribution of parts, accessories and equipment inventory within the RSC network.
*Plan, manage and monitor parts, accessories and equipment inventory levels at the RSC's.
*Issue replenishment orders; develop forecasts; and issue purchase requisitions within the company wide computer based enterprise system (Navision).
*Resolve any supplier issues including but not limited to any discrepancies with delivery or quantity.
*Interfaces with suppliers as to expedite or de-expedite order delivery dates.
*Coordinates the performance of RSC physical inventories and reconciles discrepancies.
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years experience in inventory control is preferred.

Clinical Science-Doc Coordinator (3830)
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to working in the Medical Writing Group of the Clinical Science Department assisting the Medical Writers in the production of clinical study reports, INDs, annual reports, protocols, investigator brochures and other technical documents. Specific expertise in the use of MS Word, Adobe Acrobat and technical graphics software will be used to create, format, update and archive these documents. Expertise in the use of MS Word is mandatory. Proficiency in the other listed software packages can be learned on the job, but is a desirable characteristic of a candidate. The candidate will not be expected to create new content but will be expected to handle complex formatting tasks, to create complex tables, handle cross referencing tasks, archive completed documents into document management systems, maintain a document library in a common directory and other tasks related to completing, maintaining and updating these documents and assist in additional tasks as needed.
Specific expertise in the use of MS Word, Adobe Acrobat and technical graphics software will be used to create, format, update and archive documents. Expertise in the use of MS Word is mandatory.
